Denise was my selling agent when I was looking to sell my 3 bedroom unit in the East. The unit was tenanted over the 3 years when I owned it, and when the unit was returned to me, it was very dirty as the tenants did not keep the place clean. Denise helped me handle everything from start to end - getting the place cleaned, furniture shifted out, placed tidied, walls painted and even had a furniture company come in to place designer furniture. The pictures show the drastic before and after condition of the unit. She subsequently brought more than 15 groups of byers to view the unit. Kudos to her effectiveness, there was an offer the very first weekend of viewing. After some negotiation, she managed to secure a price that was 150k above valuation. I am very happy with her services.
